Who provides Simfolio

Simfolio is operated by Voltech Simulations, a French SASU registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 934 742 867, registered office 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. Contact: hello@voltechsim.com.

By creating an account or using the site, you accept these terms.

Simfolio is an independent, free service and may change

Simfolio is built by an independent studio and offered for free. Features appear, change and occasionally disappear; the service can be interrupted without notice. We take care of your data - see the privacy policy - but we do not promise availability, and you should not treat Simfolio as your only record of what you own.

Your account

• One account per person, with an email address you actually control.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account. If you sign in with Google or Discord, keeping those accounts secure is on you.
• You can delete your account at any time. Nothing holds you here.

What Simfolio is, and what it is not

Simfolio is a personal inventory: it records what you own for flight simulation, and what it is worth to you. That is all.

• It does not sell anything. Simfolio is not a shop, not a marketplace, and takes no part in your purchases.
• Catalogue values are estimates. They are indicative figures meant to give you an order of magnitude, not offers, not current prices, and not a valuation of your setup. You can replace any of them with what you actually paid - and that figure is the one Simfolio will use for you.
• The catalogue is not exhaustive and not guaranteed accurate. It is built by us and corrected over time, partly from what users tell us is missing.

Other people’s trademarks

Product names, publisher names and logos - Microsoft Flight Simulator, PMDG, Fenix, iniBuilds, Navigraph and every other brand in the catalogue - belong to their respective owners. Simfolio lists them so you can track what you own.

Voltech Simulations is independent of all of them, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. If you own a brand listed here and want something changed, write to us and we will handle it.

What you add

When you tell us a product is missing, we may review it and publish it in the shared catalogue so everyone benefits. Published entries are factual - a name, a publisher, a type, a price - and they are detached from your account: nothing shows that the request came from you.

Do not submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We can decline or remove any entry.

Fair use

• No automated harvesting of the catalogue, and no bulk access outside normal use.
• No attempt to break, probe or circumvent the security of the service.
• No use of Simfolio to store anything other than your own collection.

Price

Simfolio is free today. If some features become paid later, we will say so clearly and in advance, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.

Ending it

You can stop and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Simfolio is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Voltech Simulations is not liable for indirect losses, for decisions you take based on catalogue values, or for interruptions of a free service.

Nothing here removes the rights French law gives you as a consumer, which apply whatever this page says.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to us first - most things are settled that way. As a consumer you may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator, or to the competent courts.

Changes

These terms will change as Simfolio grows. The date at the top says when they last did, and material changes will be announced on What’s new.
